I received this story from a dear friend working in a difficult country.
On Christmas night in a living room in a restricted country, a group of five women and a seven-year-old girl gathered to watch Magdalena. The presence of the Lord was so sweet and strong as we watched the movie that no one, including the little girl, moved or spoke. The love of Jesus for women in general and for each of us individually was tangible, and we were all deeply touched. After the movie, one of the women turned to me and said, “I want to go to church with you.”
Please pray for these women, this little girl, and all the oppressed women and little girls throughout the world to come to the Savior, to be cleansed from their sins and to become new creations in Christ, filled with His love, peace, and joy.
